These terms govern your use of abmpages.com (the "site") and any services provided by ABM Pages ("ABM Pages", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services

ABM Pages provides part-time, embedded GTM engineering and related consulting. The site is informational; it is not an offer or a binding commitment to provide services. The specific scope, fees, and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

Bookings and payment

Free introductory calls can be booked through the scheduling link on the site. Paid sessions (such as a diagnostic) are confirmed separately: after you submit a request we reply with a payment link, and the session is scheduled once payment is received. Fees are as quoted at the time.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the ABM Pages name and marks are owned by ABM Pages. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them without our written permission.

Confidentiality

Information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and handled under the terms of the relevant engagement agreement.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Content is for general information and does not guarantee any particular outcome or result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABM Pages is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Liability for any engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party services (for example scheduling, payment, or social platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
